This Weekend's Craftiness

Before I get into this blog, I'd like to point out that you can pin my photos now! If you hover the cursor over the photo, the Pinterest symbol will appear. Nifty huh?

This weekend was productive. Here's some of the craftiness I got up to.

A witch's boot card. It was a bit of a pain. The pattern was a free digital download from Paper Crafts magazine.

A crow on a branch. Much cooler and creepy in person.

A simple masculine card using the ferris wheel stamp. My Basic Grey ink pad is already going dry, but I was determined to use it.

This is a simple card that's based on a card Ginny got at work. I loved it so much I recreated it. The only difference between mine and the original is the words "Just a simple note..." was in the upper left-hand corner. I preferred the words in the lower right instead.

This is another simple card that I had in my "cards I want to make" folder. Unfortunately, I cannot remember where the original pic came from --- someone's internet blog.  For once, I think mine is better too.

I wanted to make a grapevine Halloween wreath this year, but wanted to do it cheaply. This cost me about $5 to make, if that. It's hard to figure out exactly what everything cost because most of it is just a portion of a bigger bag of bats, or spool of ribbon, or bunch of black flowers, etc...

I'm pleased with this. It's simple. I hung it on the wall sconce to take a photo because I'm super lazy. And it looks like that's going to be its home. Kinda looks good there hanging in my living room.

That's it for this weekend in cards and crafts. Not bad really, considering I wasn't planning to do any of this this weekend. Ha!
